Real Estate Cold Calling and Property Management Prospecting Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced cold caller to generate leads for our Property Management, Construction, and Real Estate Sales services. The primary responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls to potential property owners, investors, landlords, and prospective real estate clients, identifying their needs, and qualifying them as potential clients.

The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, able to build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive and professional demeanor, and a strong understanding of the real estate and property management industry.

Responsibilities include:
• Making outbound cold calls to property owners, landlords, investors, and real estate prospects 
• Generating leads for Property Management services, Construction/Renovation services, and Real Estate Sales 
• Following up with leads and maintaining communication pipelines 
• Scheduling appointments and consultations for the team 
• Updating CRM systems and tracking lead activity 
• Identifying motivated property owners and investment opportunities 

Qualifications:
• Previous cold calling or sales experience preferred 
• Real estate, property management, or construction industry knowledge is a plus 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professionalism 
• Experience with CRM software and lead tracking systems preferred 
• Self motivated, organized, and goal oriented
