I am seeking a highly organized and responsive professional to manage the administrative aspects of my recruitment process in Healthcare sector.

Your main responsibilities will encompass three key areas:
1.  Candidate CV Submission: Accurately format and submit candidate CV.
2.  Recruitment Contract Management: Efficiently shepherd recruitment contracts and ensure the Candidate properly reviews the terms and signs our contract.
3.  Application Fee: Meticulously collect the application fees associated with placements, maintaining a clear and up-to-date record of applicant names, amounts paid, invoice dates, and current payment status.

Tangible deliverables expected for this role include:
*  Properly formatted CVs for each candidate.
*  A countersigned recruitment contract by each candidate, returned in PDF format.
*  A simple, clear ledger detailing application fees, including applicant name, amount paid, invoice date, and current payment status.

1. Job Description, Salary, eligibility and minimum requirements, and employment terms.
2. Recruitment contract template that needs to be signed by the candidate and a copy of invoice.
