We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Remote Appointment Setter to join our team at The Camp Transformation Center, a fast-growing fitness brand dedicated to changing lives. Your main role will be to call warm leads, follow a proven script, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients (no cold calling)

Follow a script to set appointments for in-person consultations

Track and report daily performance

Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects

Work U.S. Hours (PST preferred)

Requirements:

Perfect, fluent English is a must

Strong communication and people skills

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Reliable internet and quiet work environment

This is a remote, long-term opportunity with bonus potential based on performance.

The purpose of this role is to contact potential clients who have shown interest in our programs, build rapport, and schedule them for in-person consultations at one of our local Camp locations. This position is critical to the success of our sales process — the more appointments set, the more lives we can impact through our programs. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, discipline, and a passion for helping people take the first step in their transformation journey.
