Remote Call Answering & Enrollment Sales Specialist for Professional Training Company

Woman PLEASE !!! We are a U.S.-Based professional training and licensing company seeking a highly motivated, performance-driven female Remote Call Answering & Enrollment Sales Specialist. This is a sales-first, results-driven role focused on handling inbound calls and enrolling students into our programs, requiring a confident and professional phone presence.


Responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls, providing basic information about our training programs using provided scripts, guiding callers toward enrollment and next steps, accurately collecting and logging caller information, and strictly following established call flows and instructions. Full availability is required Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm u.S. Eastern Time (non-negotiable). Strong English communication is highly recommended, as all callers are U.S.-Based.


Compensation consists of a $3.00 USD hourly base plus $12.00 USD per successful enrollment, with commissions as the primary income source. A minimum of 5–10 enrollments per week is expected, and failure to meet performance standards may impact continued engagement. Applicants should have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace; prior experience in call handling, sales, or customer service is preferred. Candidates seeking hourly-only pay should not apply.
