We are a growing transformation company working on projects that range from investor pitch decks to marketing campaigns and social media content. We’re looking for a talented, reliable, and fast graphic designer to join us remotely.

You’ll be creating a high volume of digital assets — everything from slide decks and infographics to ads, one-pagers, and branded materials. The right candidate is someone who can turn around clean, professional designs quickly without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Do:

Design and polish investor presentations (Google Slides / PowerPoint)

Create marketing and social media graphics (ads, posts, banners, PDFs)

Adapt existing brand guidelines into multiple asset formats

Collaborate in real time (Slack/WhatsApp, Google Drive)

Work on a mix of long-term projects and quick-turn tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Based in Latin America (time zone overlap with North America)

Fluent in English (written + spoken)

Portfolio that shows marketing, presentations, and brand assets (not just logos)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma

Fast communication and ability to meet short deadlines

Comfortable iterating — we move fast, and so should you

Nice to Have:

Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere)

Branding or campaign design experience

Compensation:

Competitive freelance/contractor rates: $15–20 USD/hr depending on experience

Option for a monthly retainer for consistent work (e.g., 40–60 hrs/month)
