We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to a chiropractor and entrepreneur managing two clinics and developing a Spanish-language health content brand. This is a part-time position, starting at 5-10 hours per week, with significant potential for growth.

Your primary goal will be to help maintain discipline, organization, and consistency across various professional and personal responsibilities, particularly focusing on content production, clinic management, and personal tasks.

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Keep the client on track with daily and weekly schedules, including clinic hours, personal workouts, family time, and dedicated content creation slots.
- Ensure consistency in filming and content-related tasks by providing timely reminders, maintaining checklists, and offering accountability.
- Efficiently manage and clean up email inboxes, which includes organizing messages, flagging high-priority communications, and drafting appropriate replies.
- Regularly maintain and update the Google Calendar to reflect changes in the client's dynamic life and work schedule.
- Provide general life organization support, such as setting reminders, handling simple follow-up tasks, and conducting accountability check-ins.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills are essential; proficiency in English is required, and Spanish is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Must be proactive and comfortable with providing accountability to ensure focus on priorities.
- Proven experience with scheduling, task management, and email organization.

Preferred Tools:
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) is highly desirable.
- Ability to use communication tools like WhatsApp for quick and efficient interactions.
- Experience with content and project management tools such as Notion, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
