call u.S.-Based retail stores (Walmart, Target, etc.) To check stock availability.
Follow a clear script to ask about product availability and restock dates.
Accurately record responses in a tracking sheet (Google Sheets/Excel).
Escalate any important information (e.g., Limited stock, special deals).
Occasionally assist with basic research tasks related to e-commerce and sourcing.
Requirements:
Must have fluent spoken English with a neutral accent.
Comfortable making multiple phone calls per day to U.S. Stores.
Strong communication skills and ability to speak confidently over the phone.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Experience in customer service, sales, or phone-based work is a plus.
