Project overview

Must-Haves: - Strong communication skills (clear, confident, persuasive) - Enjoys making high-volume outbound calls - Highly organized and disciplined with follow-ups - Consistent performer who meets daily/weekly targets - Team player with a collaborative mindset - Prior real estate or sales experience is a plus Time Commitment & Schedule: - Full-Time: 9 AM – 5 PM EST with a 1-hour break - Monday to Friday - 30-day trial period with performance review Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - 100+ outbound calls daily - 10+ conversations with sellers daily - Qualify sellers and set 4–5 appointments daily for the Acquisition Manager - Enter and maintain detailed notes in CRM (Follow Up Boss) - Support the acquisition pipeline by pre-screening and organizing qualified leads
