Responsibilities: Answer customer calls and handle inquiries professionally Provide product information and post-purchase support Manage refund, return, and order-related requests Maintain an empathetic and professional tone in all conversations Log customer interactions into our CRM system Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or phone support Excellent command of spoken and written English (native or advanced level) Clear voice, reassuring tone, and strong listening skills Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, or other CRM tools (preferred) Stable internet connection and high-quality audio equipment Work Hours: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (est - eastern standard time), monday to friday compensation: $5 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
