Rpa for Social Profile Creation, Onboarding & Setup (Python/Node)

Hello! I am looking for a Web Automation/RPA specialist (Selenium, Playwright, or Puppeteer) to develop a Windows command-line interface (CLI) tool. The goal is to resiliently automate the batch "onboarding" flow of profiles into our management system.

Project Scope:

1. Credential Provisioning
Integrate with SMS APIs (e.g., SMS-Activate) to receive tokens.
Automate the target platform's registration form to generate the account.

2. Authentication & System Onboarding
Login using isolated and persistent browser sessions.
Resolve 2FA by generating the TOTP code locally via script (e.g., Pyotp) using the secret key.
Smart navigation: dismiss pop-ups (e.g., "Save login"), accept our system's invite link, convert the account to "Creator", and authorize our app (OAuth).

3. Visual Asset Setup
Upload profile avatar (from a local file).
Fill in the biography.
Publish a Story containing an external link.
Add and pin this Story to the profile Highlights.

Critical Technical Requirements:
Anti-detection Engines: Use tools equipped against deep inspection (e.g., Playwright Stealth, Puppeteer Extra, Camoufox) to prevent disconnections.
ADB & Network Reset (4G): The script must execute system commands (ADB) to toggle Airplane Mode on a USB-tethered Android device, rotating the IP address every X accounts.
UI Resilience: Logic must be immune to simple A/B tests, intelligently identifying the current screen state before acting.
Batch Management: Accounts hitting a "checkpoint" must not freeze the main queue; they should be logged into a pending CSV file.

Deliverables:
Compiled CLI tool, documented source code, and support during the first real-world batch execution.
