I’m the founder of a startup AI automation agency currently in the preparation phase. Over the next 1–3 months, I’m looking to bring on a sales setter and closer who can help convert qualified leads into paying clients.

Project overview

🔹 Your role: Handle lead outreach and follow-up Qualify prospects and set appointments Confidently pitch and close sales Communicate clearly and professionally 🔹 Requirements: Proven experience in sales and closing Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) Self-driven and results-oriented Able to work on commission-only basis (for now) 🔹 Compensation: 10% commission on every closed deal Note: Commission is only awarded for leads you personally close.
