Scalable Full-Stack Web Application for Real-Time Healthcare Care Plan Management

We are seeking an experienced full-stack development team or individual to build a robust and scalable web application for real-time healthcare care plan management. The application will enable efficient creation, updates, and tracking of patient care plans, focusing on high performance, secure data handling, and seamless interoperability.

Technology Stack:
Frontend: The application will feature responsive dashboards, intuitive patient views, and comprehensive form-based workflows developed using React with TypeScript.
Backend: Robust RESTful APIs and business logic will be developed using Java with Spring Boot.
Data Processing: Apache Kafka will be utilized for real-time data streaming and asynchronous processing to handle high-volume healthcare data efficiently.
Database: PostgreSQL will serve as the primary relational database, complemented by MongoDB for flexible data storage needs.
Caching: Redis will be implemented to significantly improve performance for frequently accessed data.
Cloud & DevOps: The infrastructure will be hosted on AWS, leveraging services such as S3, ecs/eks, and lambda. The development process will incorporate modern DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes for container orchestration, and automated ci/cd pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
Integrations: The application must support HL7/FHIR healthcare data standards to ensure interoperability with external healthcare systems.
