The Project
We're building a custom SaaS dashboard for a premium coaching and performance system. This is not a website or a WordPress project — it's a full web application with multi-role authentication, real-time telemetry, business logic, an admin panel, and gamification.
The product is fully designed. You'll receive a 40+ page Blueprint with wireframes, data models, and a phased roadmap. Your job: build it following the spec.
What You'll Build
Two distinct user experiences:
Consultant View — Personal dashboard showing current stage, traction index, daily action card, course progress, and an unlock system ("doors" gated by completion and results).
Admin View — Internal panel to monitor all users, global metrics, alerts, and report exports.
Phase 1 MVP (weeks 1–8): Role-based auth (Auth0/NextAuth), consultant home screen, telemetry module with composite traction index (last 7 days), daily activity form, course progress via webhook with external LMS, basic admin list.
Phase 2 (weeks 9–12): Doors module with 4 stages and visual states, automated alert system with 4 severity levels, aggregated metrics dashboard, csv/pdf exports.

Redis for caching/sessions is a plus.
Who We're Looking For
3+ years with React/
Next.js in production
2–3 completed SaaS dashboards, admin panels, or multi-tenant apps — share links or screenshots in your proposal
Solid PostgreSQL experience with relational data modeling
Experience implementing auth with roles and permissions
Comfortable reading a detailed spec and asking smart questions before coding
Good async written communication in English (no daily calls needed)
Bonus: gamification experience, Wordpress rest api/webhooks, spanish, mobile-first design.

Weekly reviews via Loom or async Zoom · GitHub with clean PRs ·
Monday.com or Linear for task tracking · We provide the full Blueprint, wireframes, brand assets, and LMS access.
Payment: hourly with agreed weekly caps, or fixed-price milestones — your preference.
Budget
$3,000-8,000 usd rango or $30–60 usd/hour. If you charge more, make the case. Quality and reliability matter more than the lowest rate.

About Us
Digital agency based in Mexico, building a proprietary performance system for a premium wellness brand. Real product, real users, launching in 4 months. You'd be the sole developer on the web platform, working directly with the founder and a small team (automation engineer, designer, PM, webmaster).
