Senior Onsite It Support Professionals – Bedford, England

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated IT Support professional for a long-term, fully onsite assignment at Eagle Brewery in Bedford. This is a hands-on within a dynamic industrial environment, requiring comprehensive support for end users, infrastructure, and coordination with various external providers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Main Activities:
- Onsite incident and service request handling across assigned locations.
- Provide support for industrial equipment, including printers and scanners.
- Offer onsite and remote support for standard users, VIP users, and Senior Management.
- Deliver hands-on assistance in buildings, aligned with each service request.
- Set up and troubleshoot video conference rooms, including escalation to service providers.
- Provide direct support for Senior Management video conferences.
- Perform device reconfiguration and redeployment.
- Be present onsite during vendor visits to facilitate task completion and guide providers.
- Configure mobile and desk phones, activate SIM cards, and coordinate with local telecom providers.
- Conduct data wiping and cleaning of refreshed devices, adhering to DAMM procedures.
- Maintain and control IT inventory, including physical inventory checks.
- Follow up on escalated incidents to ensure resolution.
- Provide onsite support for network-related issues.
- Support and accompany external providers onsite (e.g., Network, av, cctv, fiber optics, printers), including access support, basic checks, and work completion confirmation.

Requirements:
- Strong proven experience in onsite IT support, demonstrating a senior profile.
- Extensive experience supporting VIP users and Senior Management.
- Comfortable and experienced working in an industrial or manufacturing environment (highly valued).
- Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with multiple service providers.
- Native-level English proficiency is mandatory due to direct client interaction.
