On-Demand Field It Technicians for Occasional Onsite Support (L1-L2)

We are looking for IT technicians to collaborate on occasional onsite assignments for international clients.

All interventions are carried out in person, always with remote support from our technical team, and may include both Level 1 and Level 2 support tasks.

Typical tasks include:
- Installation and configuration of workstations (PCs, notebooks, docks, monitors)
- Hardware replacement and verification (devices, peripherals, components)
- Connecting and testing printers and network devices
- Basic and advanced connectivity troubleshooting (LAN, network points, WiFi)
- Basic checks of cabling, network outlets, and switches
- User support for common software or operating system issues
- “Hands and eyes” tasks following procedures and checklists
- Documentation of completed work through reports and photos

This is not a long-term project nor continuous remote support.
We are looking for technicians available on demand, with prior notice.

If you have experience in field IT support (L1–L2), are organized, and can properly document your work, we would like to get in touch.

This network is especially important for us in the United States.
