Smart Inventory & Sales Dashboard for Small Business in Excel

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a comprehensive Inventory and Sales Management System using Microsoft Excel. This project is designed for a small retail shop in Gwalior that currently manages stock manually and lacks insights into product performance, low stock levels, and monthly profitability. The goal is to create an automated, user-friendly, and print-ready Excel solution.

The system should include the following key components:

1.  Product Master Sheet: A dedicated sheet for managing product information, including Item Code, Product Name, Unit Price, and Opening Stock.
2.  Transaction Entry Sheets: Separate sheets for recording daily Purchase (Stock In) and Sales (Stock Out) entries, each with a date field.
3.  Current Stock Sheet: An automatically calculated sheet displaying current stock levels for all products, with conditional formatting to highlight low-stock items in red for immediate alerts.
4.  Sales Dashboard: A dynamic dashboard featuring Pivot Tables, Slicers, and Charts to visualize critical sales data. This dashboard should display Total Sales, identify the Top 5 Selling Products, illustrate Monthly Profit Trends, and show Region-wise Sales (if applicable, based on further discussion).
5.  Auto GST Invoice Generator: A feature that allows users to automatically generate GST-compliant invoices by simply selecting products and quantities.

Required technical skills include proficiency in advanced Excel Formulas (such as vlookup, xlookup, sumifs, if), conditional formatting, data validation, pivot tables, charts, and slicers. The final deliverable must be highly functional, intuitive, and ready for printing.
