We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Social Media Operator and Community Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, engaging with our audience, and optimizing our content for maximum reach and impact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Overseeing and coordinating video content production and editing for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. While direct video editing skills are a plus, the primary focus will be on managing external video producers and ensuring content aligns with strategy.
- Implementing SEO best practices for social media content and profiles to improve visibility and search rankings.
- Actively managing and nurturing our online community, responding to comments and messages, fostering positive interactions, and maintaining brand voice.
- Coordinating with external video producers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content that meets strategic objectives.
- Analyzing social media performance data, generating regular reports, and providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve results.
