We are a dynamic events company looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads to join our growing team.
What you'll do
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI for events
Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team on visuals
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies
Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate) and deliver clear reports
Stay up to date with platform changes and digital marketing trends
What we're looking for
Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
Experience with Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager
Certifications in Meta Blueprint or Google Ads are a strong plus
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
