Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects for home and auto insurance. Generate high-quality live transfers to licensed insurance agents. Engage with leads in a professional and friendly manner to maximize conversions. Maintain accurate call logs and performance tracking. Requirements: Prior experience in insurance telemarketing (home & auto preferred). Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred. Demonstrated success in achieving transfer and sales targets. Positive, energetic, and resilient personality with excellent phone etiquette. Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
