We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a strategic overhaul of our content creation and distribution workflow. The primary goal is to transition from a focus on simply "chasing views" to building a self-sustaining digital ecosystem that prioritizes high-value content, fosters strong audience ownership, and diversifies revenue streams.
This project involves implementing a comprehensive "Hub and Spoke" content model:
1. The Hub: Develop and produce long-form, high-value "anchor" content pieces. These could include in-depth YouTube videos, comprehensive blog posts, or detailed podcast episodes that serve as the core of our content strategy.
2. The Spokes: Create short-form, engaging "discovery" clips derived from the main "Hub" content. These will be optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X/Twitter threads, with the strategic purpose of driving traffic and engagement back to the long-form hub content.
The successful freelancer will be responsible for defining the strategy, optimizing content for various platforms, and establishing a workflow that ensures consistent, high-quality output and effective audience engagement. This initiative aims to cultivate a loyal community and establish a more robust and diversified digital presence.
