Translation job

We are seeking a skilled Translator to join our team. The Translator will be responsible for accurately and efficiently translating written documents from the source language to the target language while maintaining the original meaning and style. The successful candidate will have a strong command of both the source and target languages, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Translate written documents, including but not limited to: articles, reports, emails, marketing materials, and legal documents, from the source language to the target language.
Ensure accuracy and fidelity to the original text while adapting it to the cultural and linguistic nuances of the target audience.
Conduct research and use reference materials to clarify ambiguous terms and ensure accurate translations.
Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure high-quality output.
Collaborate with team members and clients to clarify requirements and provide updates on translation projects.
Meet deadlines and manage multiple translation projects simultaneously.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive or confidential information.
Requirements:

Fluency in the source language and near-native proficiency in the target language.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both the source and target languages.
Proven experience in translation, either through formal education or professional work.
Proficiency in translation software and tools is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate translations within given deadlines.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to effectively adapt translations to the target audience.
Strong research and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
