We are seeking an experienced and highly reliable Field Filmmaker / Videographer for an urgent assignment to cover a live event today at 3:00 PM at Cala Center, Miami. This project requires immediate availability and a professional approach to capturing high-quality video and photographic content. The primary tasks include: Camera A: Recording a full conference session, approximately 45 minutes in duration. This will involve a fixed camera setup combined with a wireless microphone system (DJI, Hollyland, or similar) to ensure clear audio capture. Camera B: Capturing B-Roll footage of the event environment, including audience reactions, venue details, and interactions between the speaker and host. Additionally, comprehensive event photography is required, covering full shots of the venue, audience, and speaker. Mobile Video: Producing short, vertical B-Roll clips suitable for social media platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok. These clips must be sent in real-time during the event. A detailed shot list will be provided to guide the content capture for all cameras. Key requirements for this role are: Possession of professional camera gear, including a high-quality camera and a reliable wireless microphone system. A smartphone capable of recording high-quality vertical video for immediate social media sharing. Demonstrated experience in covering live events, with a portfolio showcasing similar work. Exceptional reliability and punctuality are crucial given the time-sensitive nature of this event. Ability to deliver content quickly and efficiently.
