We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our team on a freelance, part-time basis. The primary objective of this role is to significantly increase customer acquisition through consistent digital marketing efforts and to standardize daily operations. This will ultimately free up the owner's time, improve overall workflow, enhance internal communication, and elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Digital Marketing (50% of the role):
- Develop and manage a comprehensive monthly content calendar, including photos, videos, before/after showcases, and engaging reels.
- Publish high-quality content 4-6 times per week across relevant digital platforms.
- Strategize, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns with a dedicated budget of $300-$500.
- Actively monitor and respond to social media messages, directing potential clients to the business.
- Create and implement monthly promotional campaigns, aligning with seasonal trends or service volume.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, clicks, and converted leads.

B. Operations Standardization (50% of the role):
- Identify and implement strategies to standardize daily operational procedures.
- Improve existing workflows and internal communication channels.
- Enhance the overall customer experience through streamlined processes.

Role KPIs / Metrics (Monthly):
- Achieve a minimum of +20% monthly increase in new customers generated through social media.
- Drive a +10-15% increase in additional services sold.
- Maintain a message to visit conversion rate of 30-50%.
- Ensure content calendar consistency with 90-100% completion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses basic to intermediate experience in digital marketing.
- Capable of creating engaging content using mobile devices and simple applications.
- Demonstrates strong writing skills and excellent customer communication abilities via messages.
- Highly organized and process-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive, takes initiative, and is adept at proposing innovative ideas.
- Comfortable working autonomously and does not require full-time or daily onsite presence.
- Ideally, a professional with a growth mindset and a strong customer service orientation.
