Vehicle Tracking System – Data Analytics & Automation Workflow

We are looking for a **Data Analytics & Automation Specialist** to improve an existing Vehicle Tracking System.

The system already collects and processes vehicle tracking data. We need someone who can understand the existing data flow, identify useful insights, and improve the way the data is processed and automated.

### Main Tasks

**1. Update 3 existing screens**

* Improve how vehicle/tracking data is displayed
* Add or modify data tables, filters, metrics, and summaries
* Make the information easier to analyze and understand
* Improve the existing data visualization where needed

**2. Improve the data automation workflow**

* Review the current vehicle-data processing workflow
* Analyze how tracking data is collected, transformed, and stored
* Identify inefficient or repetitive processes
* Automate manual data-processing steps
* Improve data validation and error handling
* Optimize scheduled jobs, API/webhook processes, and data synchronization
* Make the workflow more reliable and easier to monitor

### Ideal Experience

We are looking for someone with practical experience in:

* **Data analysis and data processing**
* **Python / sql**
* **api and webhook-based automation**
* data transformation and validation
* workflow automation
* dashboards and data visualization
* working with existing datasets and production workflows

experience with **gps/vehicle tracking data, fleet analytics, geospatial data, or time-series data** is a strong plus.

This is not a general web-development project. We specifically need someone who can **understand vehicle tracking data, analyze the existing workflow, identify improvements, and turn repetitive data-processing tasks into reliable automation**.

We will provide access to the existing system, data flow, and current automation so you can review the implementation before making changes.

Please include examples of **data analytics or automation projects** you have worked on, especially projects involving APIs, tracking data, dashboards, or automated data processing.
