I'm looking for a skilled video editor who can transform my raw video footage (both horizontal and vertical) into highly engaging, fast-paced content ready for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.

Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Editing YouTube videos with high retention storytelling and seamless cuts
✅ Creating short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts using dopamine editing, fast cuts, dynamic text animations, B-rolls, sound effects, and engaging music
✅ Designing high-CTR thumbnails to maximize video performance on YouTube

I will send you raw footage, and you’ll be responsible for turning it into a scroll-stopping, attention-grabbing piece of content that keeps viewers hooked.

🎯 Key Requirements:

- Experience in short-form, fast-paced editing
- Knowledge of dopamine editing techniques (MrBeast-style pacing, B-rolls, meme edits, etc.)
- Ability to source and add trending sounds, sound effects, and background music
- Strong skills in motion graphics, subtitles, and animated text overlays
- Expertise in thumbnails that drive clicks (high contrast, emotional triggers, curiosity hooks)
- Quick turnaround time & ability to handle multiple videos per week

Looking for a full-time to join the team remotely.

Tools preferred (not provided): Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or any professional-grade editing software.
