About us

Our online, membership-based company offers several virtual workshops and monthly events. We are in our sixth year of operation and steadily growing. Our events feature well-known experts from all over the world.

Tasks + Responsibilities

- Customer service – Answer all customer emails with clarity, kindness, and attention to detail.
- Handle complaints gracefully – Stay calm, clear, and solution-focused when challenges arise.
- Pausing, canceling, and reactivating memberships in Kajabi and Trhivecart.
- Managing, updating and creating templates in Notion to streamline our processes
- Update and add content to our website (Squarespace, Kajabi, Showit), including events, blogs, and podcasts.
- Scheduling and formatting emails and workflows in Kit
- Communicating with guest experts for workshops and podcasts, including scheduling, reminders, and collecting bios, photos, and materials.
- Managing the founder’s calendar, including scheduling guest expert recordings, podcast interviews, and coaching sessions.
- Organizational projects – Maintain accurate records, post events and updates, and support backend organization across platforms.
- Support the team in various tasks as they arise.

Knowledge + Skills + Experience

- You must have at least 3+ years of experience working in a support position, with virtual experience preferred. This is not an entry-level position.
- You love lists, spreadsheets and creating systems that have the company running smoothly.
- Proficient and skilled in spoken and written English communication.
- You have a nurturing, professional personality and a genuine desire to make clients and community members feel seen, supported, and valued.
- You must be tech-savvy. This position requires working with platforms including Convert Kit, Gmail, Squarespace, Showit, Notion, and Kajabi.
- You are VERY detailed orientated. You will be managing multiple incoming requests and tasks that need handled in an appropriate time frame and manner. Everyday is different.
- You consider yourself, Type-A personality and are proud of it. You are organized in your daily life and ability to manage time effectively and efficiently. Organizing files, tasks, schedules, and information comes naturally to you.
- This is not a boring job! We have one big launch event every year that require “all hands on deck” for three months, which includes no vacation requests.
- You are a self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight. Once you are established you can anticipate what needs to be done with little direction.
- You are trustworthy with strong personal integrity.
