Virtual Assistant for Manual Web-Based Historical Data Collection

We are seeking a dedicated virtual assistant for a significant web-based data collection project. The primary tasks will involve accessing an online historical database, meticulously locating specified records, and then manually downloading individual pages or images from these records. It is crucial that a systematic file-naming procedure, which will be provided, is strictly followed when saving the downloaded content. Please note that automated bots cannot be used for this task as the system blocks them, requiring a manual approach. The initial scope of work involves approximately 13 historical documents, each averaging around 300 pages. Based on our internal testing, the download process takes about 2 minutes per 10 pages, primarily due to navigation and saving times. We are interested in understanding your experience with this type of work, your hourly rate, your weekly availability for this project, and if a small paid trial could be arranged before committing to the full project.
