We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Virtual Assistant to manage social media accounts, post pre-made content, and handle light customer communication for a growing online business. All content will be provided; your primary responsibilities will include following a daily posting schedule, responding to messages, and tracking simple metrics. Key Responsibilities: Post pre-made content to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok daily, utilizing scheduling tools. Respond to messages and comments in a friendly and professional tone. Track engagement metrics and report them weekly using a designated reporting tool. Adhere strictly to provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Communicate with the business owner weekly to review progress and ensure alignment. Required Qualifications: Excellent written English communication skills. Proven experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. A reliable internet connection is essential. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Possess a friendly and professional communication style. Desired Qualifications (not mandatory): Familiarity with content scheduling or design tools. Previous customer service experience is a plus. This is a long-term hourly position, requiring approximately 1-2 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours. Strong performance will lead to continued engagement.
