Virtual Assistant (Instagram Content & Growth)

🧩 About the Role

I’m looking for a creative, proactive Virtual Assistant to help grow my Instagram presence through:

- Creating and editing engaging Reels

- Generating fresh content ideas (based on trends or niche topics)

- Writing captions and choosing smart hashtags

- Posting 90+ meaningful comments per day (for organic reach & engagement)

- Basic admin tasks (e.g. Content calendar, DM replies, file management)

🎯 Your Daily Tasks

- Post 90+ genuine comments on target Instagram accounts

- Create or repurpose 1–2 short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.)

- Schedule posts and maintain consistency

- Track results (views, likes, follows) in a simple log

💡 You’re a Great Fit If You…

- Have experience editing Instagram Reels using CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.

- Understand Instagram growth strategies (especially through comments & engagement)

- Can write short, natural English comments that feel real (not spammy!)

- Are consistent, organized, and results-driven

- Have reliable internet and access to Instagram from your region

- Google Drive, Instagram

- ChatGPT (for caption ideas), WhatsApp/Slack for comms
