We are a Spain-based IT company looking for an experienced freelancer to integrate WhatsApp with our existing CRM system. The objective is to centralise customer communications, improve lead management, and streamline our team's daily workflow through WhatsApp and CRM integration. We are looking for a reliable, practical solution that fits our existing systems without unnecessary complexity.Scope of Work:1. WhatsApp Business Integration: Connect WhatsApp Business Platform/api to our existing crm. Configure API credentials, authentication, and integration settings. Enable incoming WhatsApp messages to be associated with the relevant customer or lead records where supported.2. CRM Contact and Lead Synchronisation: Synchronise relevant contact information between WhatsApp and the CRM. Match customer phone numbers with existing CRM records. Configure lead creation or updates based on incoming enquiries where supported.3. Messaging and Workflow Automation: Enable the team to access relevant WhatsApp conversations through the CRM where supported. Configure basic automated replies, notifications, or follow-up workflows. Reduce manual data entry and improve the handling of customer enquiries.4. Testing and Documentation: Test incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messaging. Verify contact matching and data synchronisation. Resolve any integration issues within the agreed scope. Provide basic technical documentation and handover instructions.Technical Requirements: The ideal freelancer should have experience with: WhatsApp Business Platform/api, crm integration and customisation, rest apis and webhooks, json and api authentication. Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive is an advantage.
