Wordpress Speed & Filter Fix

I am seeking an experienced freelancer to conduct a comprehensive performance audit and implement hands-on optimizations for my WooCommerce-based website. The site has experienced significant performance degradation, with slow loading times and navigation, particularly on the homepage and key product pages. Our current Core Web Vitals scores are mediocre, and the product filter on the main page is malfunctioning, occasionally failing to return results on the first attempt.

A single caching plugin is currently active but is clearly not configured optimally. The project requires a full audit of the existing setup, clear recommendations for improvement, and the subsequent implementation of these optimizations. Key areas of focus will include:

Upon completion of the optimizations, the homepage and a sample product page must consistently achieve sub-2-second loading times and score 90+ on both mobile and desktop performance metrics. The product filter must also function flawlessly.

Upon project completion, a concise report is required, outlining all changes made, the tools utilized for optimization, and a clear presentation of before-and-after performance metrics to ensure the site's ongoing health and speed.
