Youtube and Instagram video editing

Hello,

I’m looking for a video editor to work on YouTube videos (10 to 45 minutes) and short Instagram videos (Reels).

It is essential that the person knows how to edit from RAW files. The workflow will be as follows: the editor will receive the video with editing guidelines and will be responsible for assembling a first Editor’s Cut (EG) independently, with minimal direction.

Additionally, it would be ideal if the person has experience in creating thumbnails and video titles for YouTube.

All work must be done in English: the videos will be in English, the final result must be in English, and the subtitles as well. So, there is no work in Portuguese.

Initially, this will be a project, but if the collaboration goes well, it can become a long-term position, with performance-based bonuses depending on how the video performs on social media.
