This position is to self-manage the timelines and jobs assigned. Position requires interpersonal skills to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties, and requires time management skills to plan, and manage, various functions. Be willing to take complete ownership of the task assigned.
This position requires detailed knowledge of the company’s operations, product knowledge as well as requires the ability and temperament to work with confidential information.
Main job functions:

1)  Independently manage & Service the customers – Such as, receive POs, enter them in the system, and manage the incoming and outbound shipments.
2)  Communicate with overseas clients.
2) Administrative duties – Basic book keeping; Travel plans; Retail surveys.
3) Any other tasks & duties that are deemed necessary to meet the company’s short and long term goals.

Applicant needs to have very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.  Attention to detail is a must
