Editor de Video para Canal de YouTube sobre Finanzas Personales (Estilo Dinámico)

¡Hola! Estoy buscando un editor de video talentoso y creativo para el primer video de mi nuevo canal de YouTube, que se enfocará en finanzas personales e independencia financiera.
El Proyecto:
Este primer video tiene una duración de 10-15 minutos y es sobre el movimiento FIRE (Independencia Financiera, Retiro Temprano). El objetivo es crear un video editado profesionalmente que sea dinámico, fácil de entender y que capture la atención del espectador desde el primer segundo. El tono debe ser confiable y profesional, pero también ligero y entretenido.
Lo que yo proporcionaré:
La grabación principal donde hablo a la cámara (metraje "A-roll").
El guion completo del video con sugerencias para las tomas de apoyo.
Una carpeta con algunos recursos y material de archivo que he recopilado ("B-roll").
Responsabilidades del Editor:
Editar el video principal (A-roll) para que tenga un buen ritmo, eliminando pausas y errores.
Buscar e integrar material de archivo (B-roll) de alta calidad que ilustre los conceptos del guion. Tienes la libertad de usar tu propio material de archivo si es de mejor calidad y tienes los derechos para usarlo sin implicaciones legales para mi canal. ¡Tus ideas creativas son bienvenidas!
Añadir gráficos en movimiento (motion graphics) y texto en pantalla para resaltar puntos clave, datos y las fórmulas mencionadas en el guion.
Realizar la mezcla de audio (limpiar mi voz, añadir música de fondo libre de derechos de autor y efectos de sonido sutiles).
Realizar la corrección de color para que el video tenga un aspecto profesional y consistente.
Entregar el archivo final en formato MP4 1080p, listo para subir a YouTube.
Estilo que busco:
Busco un estilo de edición moderno y atractivo, similar al de canales como Ali Abdaal, Graham Stephan o Andrei Jikh. Es importante que el video mantenga un ritmo rápido y utilice elementos visuales para que la información sea fácil de digerir.
Requisitos:
Experiencia demostrable en la edición de videos para YouTube (por favor, comparte tu portafolio).
Habilidad para contar una historia y mantener al espectador enganchado.
Buen ojo para el diseño y la composición visual.
Comunicación fluida (podemos comunicarnos en inglés o español).

The Project:

Find and integrate high-quality B-roll/stock footage that illustrates the concepts in the script. You are welcome to use your own stock footage if it is of better quality and you have the rights to use it without any legal implications for my channel. Your creative input is welcome!
Add motion graphics and on-screen text to highlight key points, data, and the formulas mentioned in the script.
Perform the audio mix (cleaning up my voiceover, adding royalty-free background music, and subtle sound effects).
Perform color correction to give the video a professional and consistent look.
Deliver the final file in 1080p MP4 format, ready for upload to YouTube.
Style I'm Looking For:
I am looking for a modern and engaging editing style, similar to channels like Ali Abdaal, Graham Stephan, or Andrei Jikh. It's important that the video maintains a fast pace and uses visual elements to make the information easy to digest.
Requirements:

This project is for the launch of a brand new YouTube channel dedicated to personal finance and the FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) movement.
