Sales Closer for Social Media Management Contracts with Commission and Bonus

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Closer to prospect and secure social media management contracts. This role involves active prospecting, lead qualification, scheduling appointments, closing deals, and maintaining clear communication with leads throughout the sales cycle until contract finalization. Compensation will be commission-based: 20% of the first month's contract value for each closed deal. Additionally, a monthly bonus of R$ 300 will be awarded upon achieving a minimum target of 3 closed contracts per month. Commissions will be paid within 5 days of confirmed client payment. This is an ongoing monthly engagement with potential for long-term collaboration.
