Hi, my client is looking for a website platform for
1/ Customer fill in Form and select the requested Quotation qty and pay
2/ Supplier can register in the website and log in to accept the invitation to provide quotation

We believe the front-end is simple, and there are some workflows to simplify the operations. I attached the file to illustrate in details.

If you are interested and have relavent project experience, please explain in detail how you can make the idea workable, which language/CMS or licensed theme you would use etc.
