Ai Automation Specialist for Sales & Accounting Workflows

Lauxen Cleaning Solutions, a fast-growing commercial cleaning company, is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design and build AI-powered automations. The goal is to streamline sales and accounting workflows and significantly reduce administrative load across the team. We are looking for a professional with proven experience in building robust automation systems and a strong understanding of AI tools.

Key Automation Areas:

Sales Automation:
* Lead capture with automatic follow-up (email/SMS) and reminders.
* Quote workflows, from intake forms and scope building to proposal templates, approval processes, and job creation.
* Development of CRM pipelines and reporting dashboards to track lead sources, conversion rates, and follow-up compliance.

Accounting Automation:
* Implementation of invoice creation, reminders, and overdue follow-up workflows.
* Support for reconciliation processes, including categorization rules, invoice matching, and receipt capture.
* Development of job-to-invoice checks to prevent missed billables.
* Creation of weekly reporting for revenue, outstanding invoices, margins, and labor spend.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in building automation systems using platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom code development.
* Strong understanding and practical application of AI tools (e.g., OpenAI/ChatGPT API, Claude) for tasks such as data extraction, content drafting, classification, and routing.
* Expertise in integrating various business tools, including accounting software (e.g., Xero), CRMs, Google Workspace, communication platforms (e.g., Slack), payment gateways (e.g., Stripe/GoCardless), and form builders (e.g., Typeform/Jotform).
* Ability to clearly document workflows and create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Bonus Points:
* Experience working with service-based businesses (e.g., Trades, cleaning, hospitality, field operations).
* Familiarity with Connecteam or other job scheduling platforms.
* Capability to advise on process improvements beyond just building requested features.
