Ai-Driven Personal Assistant for Website with Nlp Integration

We are seeking a skilled freelancer or team to develop and deploy an AI-driven personal assistant for our website. This assistant will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering their questions, and completing simple tasks such as booking calls, collecting feedback, and guiding users to relevant pages or documents. We require a full-cycle solution, from conversation design through to live deployment.

Key requirements and expectations for the proposal include:

Dialogue Flow: A natural, friendly dialogue flow powered by modern NLP, utilizing frameworks such as OpenAI, Dialogflow CX, Rasa, or a comparable solution.
Web Integration: The assistant must be delivered as a web-based widget or an embedded chat panel that seamlessly integrates into our existing site stack, which is built with React and Node.
Backend Integration: Secure webhook or REST endpoints are required to enable the bot to trigger server-side actions and log interactions in our database.
Knowledge Base Management: We need a straightforward way to update the knowledge base without redeploying code. Acceptable formats include Markdown, Google Sheet, or JSON.
Analytics: The solution should provide analytics on usage, fallback rates, and user sentiment to facilitate iterative model improvement.
Deployment and Documentation: We expect clear deployment instructions, with a preference for Docker or serverless solutions, and documented source code in Git.

Acceptance Criteria:

The assistant must reliably recognize at least 90% of the test intents we provide.
All text responses generated by the assistant must render correctly on both desktop and mobile web browsers.
No hard-coded secrets are permitted; all sensitive information must be handled via environment variables and secured with HTTPS only.
A handover protocol to human support, preferably via an email form, must be triggered when the AI's confidence in its response is low.

Proposals should outline the framework intended for use, showcase any prior chatbot or AI assistant work, and provide an estimated timeline for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent refinement rounds.
