Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize Airbnb listings, including updating descriptions, photos, and pricing strategies.
* Handle guest communications promptly and professionally, from initial inquiries to post-stay follow-ups.
* Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process for guests.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
* Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements to increase visibility and booking rates.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to property management and guest services.
