Necesitamos desarrollar un api rest utilizando los servicios de aws.

El api se utilizará para acceder a la información de la base de datos DynamoDB y para interactuar con el api de Twilio.

Se necesita conocimientos y experiencia en el desarrollado de api rest usando aws api gateway con lambda utilizando nodejs, dynamodb, s3 y el rest api de twilio (https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/rest)
