Api using Bitrix24

You will need to retrieve information about the lead, deal, or contact to which the message applies using the appropriate API method. You need to know the identifier (ID) of the entity (lead, deal, or contact) that your message applies to.

Update information about a lead, deal, or contact by adding the session ID you received from your chatbot. To do this, use the appropriate api method to update the object, specifying the object id and passing the new session id value in the corresponding field.
Replace domain.bitrix24.com with your Bitrix24 domain, your-api-endpoint with your API endpoint for lead update (crm.lead.update), and your-access-token with your API access token.

Similarly, you can update transaction or contact information using the appropriate api methods and store the session id by specifying the appropriate field.

To be able to update objects (leads, deals, contacts) via api, you must also configure api access permissions in bitrix24.
