App development for a group of local shops (voucher app) (Python/Django)

2020 and 2021 were really hard, especially for the local shops in my city. I have come up with a small project that I would like to implement. The idea: I would like to build a progressive web app with which you can display vouchers or promotions from the shops.

For example, if a tourist wants to get a burrito but doesn't know where, he can open the app and find a voucher with which the burrito no longer costs 5 euros but 4 euros at that particular shop.

Project overview

My idea was to create the app in Python with the Django framework, so I'm looking for someone who is able to do such a project. If you are not able to do ux/ui no problem. The app should be very nice and aesthetic, but that can always be done later, the most important thing is a well running and secure bete version.
