What’s In It For You?

Hourly Pay:


Solar Appointment Setters:

Less than 5 Successful Demos: $6/hr
5 to 7 Successful Demos: $7/hr
8 to 9 Successful Demos: $8/hr
10 to 12 Successful Demos: $10/hr
13+ Successful Demos: $12/hr

Roofing Appointment Setters:

Less than 9 Successful Demos: $6/hr
10 to 14 Successful Demos: $7/hr
15 to 19 Successful Demos: $8/hr
20 to 25 Successful Demos: $10/hr
26+ Successful Demos: $12/hr
What You’ll Do:

Set Appointments: Book quality appointments for solar and roofing clients, directly contributing to company success.
Collaborate with the Team: Work hand-in-hand with a high-energy team to ensure seamless client experiences and conversions.

Build Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a smooth path to conversion.

❌ Your internet connection is unstable or too slow for a call center environment.
❌ You don’t have a quiet, focused workspace.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools and sales software.

Reliable: You have great hardware, stable internet, and never miss a beat when it comes to your work.
Willingness to Work: Available from 12 pm to 8 pm est, with occasional overtime when needed.
