We’re seeking bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a growing, US-based company in the pet care industry. In this remote role, you’ll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting pet owners with scheduling, updates, and general support.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are fluent in both English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls: Assist customers, schedule appointments, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary

Outbound Calls: Conduct follow-ups, provide updates, and reach out to existing clients

Customer Support: Communicate with empathy and clarity while recording interactions in our CRM

Performance: Meet call volume and quality metrics; actively participate in training and feedback sessions

Requirements:

English fluency excellent.

Fluent Spanish

Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment

Familiar with CRMs such as Zoho or HubSpot, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams

Able to type at least 40 words per minute

Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a quality headset

Availability for 6–8 hour shifts between 10 am and 10 pm EST

Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette

Preferred:
Interest in pets or previous experience in the pet care industry

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
