We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bilingual Human Resources freelancer (Spanish / English) to partner with our organization. The primary objective of this project is to define a robust hiring strategy and subsequently execute the entire search and selection process for a critical Business Development position within our company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial strategy development to candidate onboarding. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse pool of candidates and internal stakeholders.
