Bilingual Social Media Manager (Colombia) - Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok

I am looking for a talented and proactive Virtual Assistant based in Colombia to manage our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Design posts (Canva/Adobe) and edit high-engagement short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) using CapCut or similar tools. Scheduling & Posting: Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all three platforms. Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs to build community and engagement. Trends: Stay updated on latest TikTok/Reels trends and suggest creative ideas for our brand. Requirements: Must be based in Colombia (for time zone alignment). Fluent in English and Spanish. Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram growth. Must provide a portfolio or links to previous video editing/social media work.
