Bilingual Virtual Assistant for Specialized Vehicle Sourcing in Portugal

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help us source specific vehicles in Portugal. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Portuguese and English to effectively communicate with local garages and provide detailed reports.

Project Scope:
- Identify and contact small garages in the Lisbon, Porto, and Algarve regions that do not advertise their inventory online.
- Search for one of the following vehicle types:
  - Ford Transit L2 H1 Euro 6 (post September 2016)
  - Long wheelbase Westfalia VW Camper T5 with a pop-top roof
- For each potential vehicle found, gather the following critical information:
  - Price
  - Exact location
  - Current condition details
  - Availability of service history
- Upon finding a suitable vehicle, the Virtual Assistant will inform the client, who will then arrange for a mechanic to inspect the vehicle.

This role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to research and outreach. The ability to navigate local nuances and build rapport with garage owners will be key to success.
