Necesito realizar un bot que busque cambios de precios en paginas web y envie alertas a telegram de estos cambios de precios

Ejemplo: precio producto 9990  cambio de precio 1990 (segun criterio de porcentaje) enviar alerta a telegram con la url del producto (precio anterior y precio actual)
