Capacitor Migration for React + Vite + Typescript Ios/Android App with Enhanced Native Features

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to assist with the migration of our existing React, Vite, and TypeScript web application to Capacitor. Our app, currently live as native iOS and Android apps via a no-code wrapper (Twinr), requires a transition to Capacitor to gain full native control and implement advanced functionalities.

The Capacitor scaffolding is already integrated into our repository. The primary goal is to leverage Capacitor for proper native push notification opt-in timing, seamless native Google and Apple Sign-In experiences, ML Kit barcode scanning, and native camera integration, along with ensuring a custom splash screen.

Key areas of work include:
- Completing the implementation of native push opt-in functionality.
- Integrating native Google Sign-In (partially wired).
- Implementing native Apple Sign-In (net-new work).
- Finalizing the integration of ML Kit barcode scanning.
- Ensuring robust native camera functionality.
- Configuring and implementing a custom splash screen.
- Maintaining the existing bundle ID eco.rowan.app for continuity in app stores.

The project requires expertise in Capacitor, mobile development for both iOS and Android platforms, and proficiency with React, Vite, and TypeScript. The aim is to enhance the native user experience while retaining our existing web codebase.
