I need to create  a that performs vehicle background checks (like the site https://www.carcheck.com.br/). In this website we will have some modules:

- Vehicle checking: Supposing that the customer has enough credit on its account, using an AWS Lambda function, it will query an rest api to get the vehicle details (the api returns an xml). The result must be stored in AWS Cognito database.



- Balancing: This service will be paid, so we need a module to manage incoming and credit usage. I will use PagSeguro to handle this and also use an AWS Lambda to manage this.

- Account Management: to manage user account itself with cognito.

Premisses:
- I will use AWS Servless concept all time, so Knoledge in Lambda, Cognito, CloudTrail and DynamoDB is a must
- The database will be stored in Cognito.
- The frontend must be constructed in React or AngularJS
- the code must be stored in AWS Git (for my company access)
